Materials

  1. Carrots: 1.5 kg (crushed)
  2. Sugar: Two cups
  3. Milk: 2 liter,
  4. Cardamom: 3/4 pieces,
  5. Cinnamon: 2/3 pieces,
  6. Almonds: 10-12 pieces,
  7. Ghee: 3-4 tablespoons.

Process

First, you have to thicken the milk a little. Mix crushed carrot in the milk and stir well. Stir in the oven over medium heat until the carrots are soft. Now stir gently with sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon. Stir occasionally until the milk is dry. Dry the milk and stir it once with ghee on low heat. When the side of the pudding pot is no longer sticky and golden brown color will come then take it down and serve hot carrot pudding with almonds.
