The importance of reading when we learn a foreign language is quite important since learning a language requires dedication and effort in order to reach a goal or a key point defined as success or completed preparation.

When studying a language, it is quite important to take into account that there exist different aspects to be able to maintain a considerable effort in learning new foreign languages; in each language, a preparation and a progressive period is needed in order to reach what we would consider as a simple fluency when speaking a second language.

At the moment of a personal evaluation in a language, we must know how to evaluate the writing, the reading, comprehension and the general use of the language that we are learning; as well as the oral expression and the auditory comprehension, managing to capture a language. Each language requires a lot of effort and dedication, as well as the constancy of motivation and the time invested in learning a language. When we read, our brain becomes more flexible and is able to learn new vocabulary added to our knowledge, acquiring new written and spoken knowledge and putting it into practice along with new sounds that we have probably never heard, accustoming the brain to the uncertainty of the meaning of a specific word or sentence, which is a very important factor when we learn a language, knowing how to make mistakes in order to improve from them.

When we learn a language and we put reading as a practice tool, we must know that the time and attitude that we invent in our language learning process, stands out in different characteristics, also adding positive aspects in the learning and on the progressive period of time during a learned language. When people are in a much younger age, the brain is generally more flexible to be able to acquire new knowledge and vocabulary by means of reading; since it is known that while the brain is younger and exposed to a foreign language, the sounds of this language will be much better developed in the future.

Understanding a language from its grammatical basis helps us when we spend a lot of time reading a foreign language and putting it into practice in our daily lives. 

Sometimes when learning a language we have the wrong idea that we can learn in a short period of time without paying attention to the grammar and the way in which the words are written and then spoken. When applying the knowledge by reading we can take into account that with strong effort and dedication the human brain acquires new rules and different important points at the time of the development use in a foreign language.

In some cases, many people tend to give up on the process of learning a language, but we know that although learning a language is not difficult, it is also not impossible to achieve a certain goal.

Reading can have different points in favor and some other points in disagreement, if you read a lot and you can't learn how to use the sounds in a foreign language, you will not be able to take into account the knowledge previously acquired through the tool of reading. That is why the sounds and the use of speech is quite important when we learn a language; both go hand in hand with dedication and effort.
