People of any age experience stress at one point or another. Stress is meant to be
the reaction to a situation when the body responds to any kind of threat, anxious
or demand. It is an inevitable part of life. Stress can be both positive or negative.
However for the most part, it brings many negative effects on your body. Normally
when you feel stress, certain hormones are released in your body. Stress hormones
are mainly dopamine, epinephrine (also known as adrenaline), norepinephrine

Positive Thinking:
When something doesn’t go quite right, you used to hear someone saying “Think
positive”. May it’s difficult to hear but there is some truth in it. Positive thinking
not only reduces stress but also extends beyond being a stress buster. It reduces
your chances of depression and helps you to deal with hardships in a better way. It
