Tax levy bond finance dilemmas

The status quo complications are set into law in the name of ethical regulation by various local bureaucrats and the "Gang of 535" (Congress).

USA needs major reform in Federal and State Government law to become the market beacon of Earth. There are 2 main issues with tax levy bond finance in jurisdictions in all areas.

  1. The government is incompetent or not prepared for what they are receiving bond capital for.
    1. Municipalities: Local governments, like the city hall, town council, or county administration responsible for running your local area.
    2. Bond Capital: Money that local governments borrow from investors to pay for large, expensive public projects (like building roads, schools, or parks).
    3. Incompetent or Not Prepared: Lacking the skilled staff, resources, experience, or solid planning needed to manage large amounts of money and complete complex projects successfully.
  2. The bankers of the world who organize these debt structures, invest, and market these bonds, have more macroeconomic knowledge than government employees. Those bond participants can use it to indebt businesses or homeowners in an area as well as skew economics towards centralized profit vectors outside of that area.
    1. Macro Knowledge (The Big Picture): Top bankers understand global economic trends and how the whole system works, unlike a local business owner who only sees their own daily expenses.
    2. Creating Debt Traps: Financiers use this high-level knowledge to design complex loans that make it very easy for ordinary homeowners and small businesses to get trapped owing them money.
    3. The Adjustable-Rate Example: A bank might offer a loan with a low starting rate, knowing global trends will cause that rate to jump later, trapping the homeowner into paying massive interest.
    4. Centralizing Profits (Funneling Wealth): The financial system is purposely structured so that the money normal people pay toward their debts is sucked out of local communities.
    5. The Wall Street Example: Instead of your mortgage interest staying at a local community bank to help your town, it gets bundled and funneled straight to a few massive institutions at the top.

James O. McKinsey

The leader of budgeting logic in USA, at University of Chicago, while America was being overrun by yellow journalists, legalese, and advanced corruption was Mr. McKinsey.

He died on November 30, 1937, at the age of 48.

How was penicillin developed? | Science Museum
It took 20 years to turn the accidental discovery of penicillin into the world’s first mass produced drug that could clear a bacterial infection. Why did it take so long?

It is stated that McKinsey (Chairman of Marshall Fields) died coming home from North Carolina on a train car . The stated cause of death was pneumonia due to over work. Train riding is very relaxing.

Have a great day.

Love,
John
